Responsible for Manufacturing quality products in a timely manner with abilities to multi-task many projects.  Must focus on continuous improvement while accomplishing company established goals involving production processes and the supervision of assigned personnel within respective area.

  • Monitors the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of assigned personnel and overall manufacturing performance to ensure goals of the company will be accomplished.
  • Manage and motivates assigned personnel to maximize throughput and quality.  Work as a team leader mentoring informal leaders to promote continuous improvement and change.
  • Actively implements departmental training programs on an on-going basis.  Reviews progress with each operator in training.
  • Assists in controlling and reducing production costs by recommending improvements to process, tooling, and justification of equipment.
  • Recommends improvements as it pertains to Quality, Setups, Operations, and systems procedures, while accurately documenting problems and solutions.
  • Assists in Planning/Scheduling with balancing the workload to ensure maximum throughput of products.
  • Assign appropriate personnel to production operations as required.
  • Effectively communicates with others on all shifts and upward to Management.
  • Must be able to work from 4:00pm to 2:00am Daily (M-F).  Some Saturdays are required. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • H.S. Diploma and 4 years related manufacturing work experience with similar duties within respective area of responsibility (fabricating) to include a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
